The Seminar focused on urban planning and policies that wereformed for Seattle Urban Renewal or Urban Regeneration. It outlined about the20 year city level plan for residential and employment growth. Seattle citylevel comprehensive plan focused on neighborhood planning, urban designelements and historical preservation considerations. Various urban designpolicies for built environment and neighborhood level initiatives were discussedduring the Seminar
