Amity Law School Noida celebrates Hindi Diwas
In order to celebrate the cultural and traditional richness of Hindi language and re-connect the youth with Hindi Language, Amity Law School, Noida celebrated 'Hindi Diwas- Abhiyakti 2016” at University Campus, Sector-125 Noida
As part of event, three competitions were conducted- Poetry, Singing and Slogan Writing wherein students from various Institutions of Amity participated including Amity School of Communications, Amity Institute of Aerospace Engineering, Amity Law School, Delhi and others. During the competitive events, students displayed their command over Hindi language, idioms, diction, expression and communication. All the participants, with their immaculate oration, rhetoric, melody and expression, were applauded by one and all
During the Valediction of the event, Dr Shefali Raizada- Additional Director, Amity Law School, Noida highlighted the importance and sanctity associated with Hindi Language in India. She stressed that Hindi is the mother of all the languages and its importance cannot be negated or overlooked, though, its importance has been diminished in the wake of rapid development and technology evolution. She commended all the participants for their diligent efforts in spreading the importance of Hindi Language amongst their peers and youth through “Abhivyakti” and implored them to use and promote Hindi Language in order to restore its lost glory and richness amongst the present and future generations. She congratulated the Organizing team of “Abhivyakti” for successfully organizing the event.
In Poetry, Kislay Raj was awarded First Prize and Kiran Ballav was awarded Second Prize.
In Slogan Writing, Abhinav Narayan stood first and Manasi Daka stood second.
In Singing Competition, Shiv Swaroop Arora was declared first and Sheri Dhingra was declared second
