Amity Law School, Centre-II organized a Guest Lecture cum Workshop on “Legal Procedures relating to Civil and Criminal Justice” at Amity Campus, Sector 125, Noida. Mr. Alishan Naqvee,Advocate and Founding Partner, Lexcounse and Mr. Tabish Sarosh, Advocate were the guest speaker for the workshop.
Addressing the gathering, Mr. Alishan Naqvee informed the students about the importance of attending class lectures to make concept clarity better and effective.He enlightened the students by elaborating many cases during his practice. He also addressed the students about the methods for the speedy disbursal of cases and made emphasis on the importance of proper client counseling.
During his lecture,Mr. Tabish Sarosh acquainted the students regarding the procedures related to civil and criminal litigation and informed them the rights available to a common man for their enforcement in a very interactive interaction with the students.
During the workshop, an interactive session was conducted during which the students raised pertinent questions regarding the topic.
