Amity University Uttar Pradesh drives a Big Win of 95 Runs against AKC House

As a part of Sangathan 2014 – Inter Sports Meet, a T-20 Cricket Match was organized between AKC House and Amity University Uttar Pradesh (AUUP) at Sports Ground, Amity, Sector 44 Noida. AUUP scored a comprehensive 95 Runs and 4 wickets win over AKC house.
Mr. Ajit Chauhan, Vice Chairman, Amity Directorate of Distance and Online education and Captain, AKC House Team won the toss and elected to bowl first. AUUP team had an aggressive start by the opening batsman Parush Mehta who scored 47 runs with strong support from the batting line up. Sanjay Rawat, AUUP Team, scored a magnificent 60 runs that helped the team manage 183 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs. A good bowling and fielding by Mr. Ajit Chauhan was witnessed during the match.
AKC Team showed a great start by achieving 25 runs in just 2 overs but in a hurry to achieve the target they lost the wickets to AUUP. Mr. Mahesh showed a spectacular batting skill and scored 35 runs. The bowlers of AUUP captivated the audience with their bowling and Fielding expertise.
AKC House lost all their wickets by 12 overs and match was won by AUUP Team. Dr. Ajay Rana, Director, Amity Technical Placement Centre was the captain for AUUP Team.
