Amity Institute of Travel & Tourism organised Industry-Academia Interface Lecture on the theme “Tourism in India: Challenges Ahead”. This Lecture Series is an endeavour to bring in more and more inputs directly from the industry.
Mr. Mukesh Jagga, MD, Viva Holidays and Mr. Neeraj Rastogi, CEO, Regency Holidays delivered the lecture. Both the guests shared their experiences as to how they started, what the situation was when they started off, the problems they faced, and the like. They also enlightened the students and faculty members about the current challenges and trends in the tourism industry. They highlighted the prospects of the industry, whether a person is working in an organization or leading one.
