Amity Institute of Corporate Communication organises Collage Making Competition
To enforce a blend of excellent paper craft work and creative geniuses, a Collage Making Competition was organized by Amity Institute of Corporate Communication in collaboration with Suket Kalagrah, A House of Graphics & Animation. The programme was organized at E3 Lower Ground Floor where the collages were exhibited for all to see and appreciate. The coordinator Dr. Juhi Upmanyu organized the event meticulously and motivated the students from various institutes of the university like AGBS, AIBS, ASET, AISS, ASD etc. to participate.
The programme was convened by Ms. Sumitra Singh, Lecturer AICC. The judges on panel were Dr. Christine Jeyaseelan, Assistant Professor, AIAS, Mr. Suneel Kaushik, CEO, Suket Kalagrah & Ms. Ruchi Tandon, Lecturer & PL, AICC. The competition had two rounds. The preliminary round was submission of the collage and the shortlisted teams had to explain the theme of the collage at the final round during exhibition.
The first prize was bagged by Ms. Puja Guar & Ms. Aditi Tyagi of MBA I Year from AGBS, Noida on the theme Colours. Ms. Shraddha Shree & Ms. Rahi Prasad of B.Tech 6CSE3 from ASET bagged the second prize on the theme Eating Joints. The third prize winners were Ms. Taranjeet Kaur Nagpal & Ms. Palak Madan of BA (Hons.) English from AIESR.
The theme of their collage was Student Life. All the participants were given consolation prizes for participation. A token of remembrance was also given to the judges by the faculty coordinator Dr. Juhi Upmanyu, Senior Lecturer, AICC. The audience and faculty members present were also given a token of gift for being a part of the event. The event ended by a vote of thanks by Mr. Praveen Kumar, Lecturer, AICC. It was really a very well organized programme.
