Swedish Trade Council delegation from University of Gavle, Sweden visits Amity University
Swedish Trade Council delegation from University of Gavle, Sweden visited Amity University Campus, Sector-125 Noida to discuss and deliberate the potential areas of mutual collaboration.
The delegation was headed by Dr. Savante Brunaker, Pro Vice Chancellor, Head of Education, University of Gavle, Sweden who informed that the University of Gavle was set up in 1977 and around 14,000 thousand students are persuing courses in Engineering, Nursing, Social Science. Dr. Brunaker said that they have collaboration with many universites of Europe and China. Dr. Brunaker said that The purpose of the visit is to explore the various avenues of collaboration especially in the fields of Electronics / Telecommunications and Energy Systems
Other academicians from Hong Kong who visited Amity University as part of the delegation included Prof. Daniel Ronnow, Professor of Electronics (Microwave Engineering), Dr. Hans Wigo, Programme Director for the Master Programme in Energy Systems, Mr. I.K. Vijay, Consultant, Swedish Trade Council.
Dr. Balwinder Shukla, Pro VC (A), AUUP, Lt. Gen P.D. Bhargava, DG, AITTM, Dr. K.M. Soni, Head, ASET, Maj. Gen R.K. Dhawan, Senior Vice President, IAD, AUUP were present during the occasion.
