Jakhanwal, IAS (Retd.), Former Secretary, Government of India presently Director General, Amity School of Urban Management, Amity School of Rural Management and Amity Institute of NGO Management received Indian Buildings Congress (IBC) Lifetime Achievement Award from Shri Kamal Nath, Honble Union Minister of Urban Development at DRDO Bhawan, New Delhi on 21 October, 2011.
The Indian Buildings Congress (IBC) is a national level body of administrators, engineers, architects, financiers, etc. which endeavors for excellence in built environment. It has about 4,000 members and 88 institutional members.
