MBA (IB) students of Amity International Business School visits Mother Dairy Plant for an Industry visit
MBA (IB) students of Amity International Business School visited Mother Dairy Plant for an Industry visit and were given an insight on the following areas:
- Procurement
- Processing
- Packaging & distribution
- Consumer information
The industry visit to Mother Dairy plant at Patparganj, was knowledgeable experience in terms of corporate exposure. The students learnt about various aspects of processing, packaging and distribution at the plant.
Mr. I. M. Jose- Sr, Manager, gave a thorough description about various processes that are involved in the industry. He also spoke on the role of a manager in an organization which made a positive impact on me on how to handle the responsibility and how to make an organization worthy of you and your job. He gave an insight into the use of skil, knowledge and attitude. In addition emphasis was also given on the Quality check, testing and how to maintain the hygiene.
The Management was very kind and had answered our queries patiently. Ms. Abha Chugh–Manager – Industry Interaction Cell and Ms. Meenakshi Malhotra – Sr. Lecturer AIBS felicitated Mr. I. M. Jose for imparting the incredible knowledge.
