Amity International School Mayur Vihar organises workshop on “CA as Career”
Apprising students of the Commerce stream of the myriad job opportunities available, Amity International School Mayur Vihar organised a workshop on “CA as Career” on 20th July’11. Inspired by vision of Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity International Schools to help students select the right career as per their potential, the students of classes XI & XII attended the workshop.
The workshop commenced with the welcome address by the school Principal Mrs. Sarita Aggarwal and was conducted by the renowned resource persons from ICAI: Mrs. Neena Vijayvergiya and Mrs. Taruna Kohli.
The workshop focused on CA as career opportunity and highlighted the basic requirements for the course. The resource persons elaborated upon the salient features of CA through an impressive Powerpoint Presentation . The myths and preconceived notions about CA as career were brought to light and students queries were efficiently handled through an Interactive Session . It was undoubtedly an impressive and informative workshop.
