Dr. Ashok K Chauhan- Founder President, Amity inaugurated the 221st Branch of ICICI Bank at Defence Colony and gave his blessings to the management and staff of the Bank
Inaugurating the Bank, Dr. Chauhan expressed his joy over the opening of new branch of ICICI and wished its success and speedy growth in the future. Dr. Chauhan stressed that 80% of Banking depends on Behavioral Science and opined that it is very important for a bank to have staff that can understand the temperaments and requirements of the customers and can easily gauge their personalities after meeting them in order to provide them the best services they are looking for.
Dr. Chauhan was taken around the Bank and was shown the impressive infrastructure of the new Branch
