Mr. Vikrant Manchanda, Physics Teacher, Amity International School Mayur Vihar adjudged best in “Teaching Aid Category” in Northern India Science Fair 2012
Mr. Vikrant Manchanda , the Physics teacher of Amity International School, Mayur Vihar, brought laurels to the school as he was adjudged the best in “Teaching Aid Category” in the Northern India Science Fair 2012 organized by National Science Centre, Delhi. He was honoured with a trophy, a cash prize of Rs. 5000 and books on science.
Previously, he bagged first prize in the same category at ‘City Level Science Fair- 2012 where teachers from 70 schools displayed their projects. His project based on ‘Innovation in Technology and Learning of Science’ was the only project selected to participate in the next level His teaching aids were a set of fifteen hands on activities meant to facilitate teaching and learning of Physics.
Dr. (Mrs) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity International Schools, felicitated him for his laudable and unprecedented achievement.
