Amity Institute of Nano Technology organises Two Day Seminar on Nano-Pico Pharmaceutical & Invivgensome
Academic Scientists, Leading Engineers, Industry Researchers and Scholar Students come together to share their experiences and research results regarding the aspects of Nano-Pico Pharmaceuticals & Invivgensome and discuss the practical challenges encountered and find solutions during the two day seminar organized by Amity Institute of Nano Technology (AINT) in association with World Academy of Biomedical Sciences & Technologies, Paris on “Nano-Pico Pharmaceutical & Invivgensome” at Amity Campus, Sector-125, Noida.
Welcoming the august gathering, Dr. R.P. Singh, Director, Amity Institute of Nanotechnology said that Nanotechnology entails the application of field of science as diverse as surface science, organic chemistry, molecular biology, semiconductor physics, micro fabrication, etc. The term Pico Technology is a neologism intended to parallel the term nanotechnology.Pico facilitates the measurement of frequency and time. He also added that to make Pico Technology practical, there is also a need of interconnects that can link total system and contacts that can bring signals from the Pico-Device world into practical readouts or actuators.
Prof. (Dr.) Giuseppe Tritto, President of World Academy of Biomedical Sciences & Technologies, Paris(France) said that Nanotechnology is very diverse, ranging from extensions of conventional device physics to completely new approaches based upon molecular self-assembly, from developing new materials with dimensions on the nano scale to direct control of matter on the atomic scale. Nano-Pico technology can prove to be a great help in the perspective of Medicine & Health, transforming Life, transforming Business, the Life Science Revolution, the link between innovation in Bio Technology & Economy and Social Welfare.
The other eminent industry leaders present were Dr Sneh Anand, Professor, Dept of Biomedical Engg., IIT Delhi, Prof (Dr.) S.S Agrawal, Pro VC & DG, Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University, Dr. Sujoy K Guha, Professor of Biomedical Engineering, School of Medical Science and Technology, IIT –KGP, Dr. Tinku Basu, Dy. Director – AINT, Amity University etc.
Technical Sessions comprised of the topics like Concept, Opportunities & Scope in Nano-Pico Technologies, Nano Technology in Healthcare, Role of Nano-Pico Technologies in Pharmaceuticals Products and etc. The other topics which will be discussed tomorrow during the technical sessions would be Nano-Pico Technology, Lab Techniques, Diagnosis and Treatment, Nanotoxicology and Risk Assessment, Nano Material and their Applications in Electronic devices, Co-cultivation of Endosynbiont with Nano Material and their Application, etc.
