Amity University hosts Channel V India Fest

Amity University hosted “Channel V India Fest” to connect with the youth of the Country. The fest included inter-college competitions i.e. Gala events, Fashion Show, Talent Hunt, Singing &Dancing Competitions, etc. The winners of Zonal round will get a chance to participate in India fest at National Level which is scheduled for Jan 2012 at Baga Beach, Goa.
Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Acting Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh said that the youth festival has brought lot of happiness, liveliness and youthful energy to campus and students have been bubbling with joy and excitement. India Fest is an innovative way to engage the youth, which also provides a national level platform to showcase young talent.
While delivering his speech, Mr. Vikram, Vice President- Sales, Channel V said that Amity campus and infrastructure has made our fest a huge success. We have got lot of support from Amity to organize and execute the event. Moreover, hundred volunteers from Amity have proved to be a great help in managing the fest.
