Amity Global Business School organises Corporate Meet "Goal 2012"

To give an overview of the skills required for leading in a multi-cultural, dynamic and globally competitive business environment to its students, Amity Global Business School organized Corporate Meet “GOAL 2012” on the theme “Innovation as a Cutting Edge in Dynamic Business Environment” for Aspiring Leaders at Amity University, Sector-125, Noida, wherein industry leaders shared their experiences with students.

Welcoming the august gathering, Mr. U. Ramachandran, Assistant Vice President, Amity Global Business School, Noida said that businesses today, under the pressure of fierce market competition, demanding customers and the advancement of technology are required to have the capability to continuously apply new methods and ideas in improving products, internal processes, technologies, and operations in satisfying current and future customers. To be able to capture and construct business opportunities and implement innovative plans, organizations need to dynamically align operational effectiveness with strategic flexibility. Delivering his speech, Dr. Mahesh Sharma, CMD, Kailash Group of Hospitals said that Innovation is a cutting edge in a dynamic healthcare environment. Moreover, innovations are the part of life and without it no one can excel and grow in his respective field. Best opportunities can come your way through innovation. “Leadership also plays a vital role in innovating new ideas and opportunities in your way. As a leader, take stock of the required capabilities for continuous innovation through analysis of the existing literature and examination of empirical cases. The best leaders exhibit both their values and their ethics in their leadership style and actions, they know what they value. They also recognize the importance of ethical behavior”, remarked Dr. Sharma.
