Mr. Jitender Kumar, Senior Advocate -Supreme Court and Mr. G.C. Aggarwal, Retired Public Prosecuator deliver lectures at Amity Law School Centre-II

Amity Law School-Centre II organized Guest Lectures by Mr. Jitender Kumar, Senior Advocate-Supreme Court and Mr. G.C. Aggarwal, Retired Public Prosecuator, U.P for the law students on the topic ”Separation of Power" and “Victimization" respectively at F2 Auditorium, Amity University Campus.

Mr. Jitender Kumar, Senior Advocate -Supreme Court enlightened the students on the functioning of various law bodies and the need for separation of these bodies for better judiciary and deliverance of justice.

Mr G.C Aggarwal delivered a lecture on a very relevant topic “Victimization” and the new legal scheme which will give some compensation for the victim and talked about the conditions of current law system which needs reform.

The sessions proved to be an interactive session where the students also raised relevant questions which were answered by an equal zeal by the speakers.

Prof. Mamta Srivastava, Addl. Director, Amity Law School, Centre-II thanked the guests for informing the students on various legal aspects
