Amity Institute of Corporate Communication organises Leaflet Making Competition

To evolve the creative talents hidden and inherent in the students, a “Leaflet Making Competition” was organized by Amity Institute of Corporate Communication on October 18, 2012
The competition was based on varied themes:
1. Amity University as a Brand
2. Personality Development
3. Soft Skils
4. Culture of India (Tourism)
5. Fashion Designing
6. Hotel Industry
7. FMCG Sector
8. Academic Institute
9. Grand Prix ‘Formula 1 Racing’
10. AICC as a Brand
The evaluation was based on Creativity, Content and its Presentation. The members of the jury comprised of Mr. Prashant R Chauhan, Asst. Prof, AISS, Ar. Sanjyot Patil, Asst. Prof, ASD and Dr. Indu Rampal, Asst. Prof, AICC.
The welcome address was given by Ms. Ruchi Tandon, Asst. Prof., AICC. This was followed by the presentations on leaflets which were excellently presented by the students from different institutions of Amity University, Noida.
Ms. Aprajita Singh, Asst. Prof, ASD spoke on the how students can showcase their creative geniuses on paper when they design a leaflet.
Capt. H.A Arfi, IAS Retd., Director AICC and AIESR spoke on the enthusiasm with which the students participated and gave presentations. He appreciated the efforts of Ms. Lekha Rani Singh for organizing the event successfully in such a short span of time. He further said that AICC keeps on organizing such events for the benefit of both students and faculty at large.
The first prize was bagged by Ms. Sheril Sharma, 3BSC (IT), AIIT and Ms. Surbhi Jaggi, 3BSc (IT), AIIT. The second prize was bagged by Ms. Ankita Jain 3 BSc (IT), AIIT and the third prize was bagged by Mr. Atif Ali Khan, 1Civil 2, ASET and Mr. Chiku Aggarwal, of 1Civil 2, ASET.
Ms. Lekha Rani Singh presented the Vote of Thanks. She was also the Coordinator and compere of the event.
