Amity Institute of Travel and Tourism organises workshop on Management & Economic of World Heritage Sites in India
Amity Institute of Travel and Tourism, conducted a half day workshop for our student and faculty members on “Management & Economic of World Heritage Sites in India” by renowned Visiting Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Sikand from University of Frankfurt (Germany) on September 06, 2012 at Amity Sec 44 Campus.
Prof. (Dr.) Ajit Sikand spoke about various aspects of conserving and promoting of World Heritage Monuments with Economic benefits. He also advocated various management principles pertaining to sanitizing citizens regarding history, belongingness and mobilizing the resources in a constructive manner. The highly interactive session with questions from students made the workshop a participatory event. Best participant were suitably awarded by the resource person.
