Amity Business School organises Case Study Competition

Parivartan 2010: a case study competition was held on Thursday, 4th march 2010 organized by IT CLUB, Amity Business School.

The competition aims to document and disseminate motivating case studies through which it increases awareness and knowledge of management students. It is an attempt to inculcate practicality in the education system and to promote studies beyond the routine books and classrooms.

The main objective of the competition was to develop and enhance problem solving skils, analytical skils as well as communication skils in an individual through case studies which proves to be of immense help while facing similar real life situations.

For the event, the case studies were invited from the students of MBA 2010 and 2011 batch. Out of the received, the best 10 were shortlisted for the event.

Participants presented their cases with full zest and zeal and making the session a very knowledgeable and enlightening. The intermittent IT quizzes and brain teasers made the event fun-filled.

The winners of the competition are:

Case: Knowledge management and higher education.
3. R. Keerthika: MBA (General) of batch 2011 - Second Runner-up
Case: Google from better to the best.

The motivation and support of judges, faculty coordinators helped the participants and the organizing team to make the event a great success.
