Amity International School, Mayur Vihar celebrated “Grandparents Day” on 3rd November, 2010
Grandparents were given a warm welcome followed by the lighting of the lamp amidst chanting of shlokas.
Mrs Sarita Aggarwal, Principal, Amity International School, Mayur Vihar welcomed the grandparents.
The song ‘Grandma we love you’, ‘Andher nagri chaupat Raja’ along with the lively dance thrilled the grandparents. A few grandparents related some interesting incidents about their grandchildren.
Dr.Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity International Schools, expressed her gratitude to all those present, highlighting the importance of the elderly in our lives.
