Amity International School, Saket organizes Vasudha- Exploring the Vistas of Science
‘Vasudha’ – A celebration of the scientific temperament and knowledge is a pioneer project of
Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Chairperson, Amity International Schools.
The event held on 30th and 31st July, 2010 aims at infusing in each Amitian the core sentiments of exploring, sharing and caring for Mother Earth.
On 30th July, 2010 – the innovative projects displayed by the children of Amity Saket and Amitasha were judged by a panel of eminent scientists from IIT, Dept. of Science & Technology, NCERT, Vigyan Prasar etc.
On 31st July, 2010 – All the projects undertaken by the children were put on display.in an exhibition which was witnessed by parents. The children were highly motivated by the overwhelming response of the parents who appreciated the scientific temperament shown by the students.
The event witnessed a whole-hearted and overwhelming 100% participation of all Amitians.
The motivational presence of the Chairperson steered the excellence of the Amitians to scale the galore of the skies.
The event exhibited the powers of the students in exploring the irresistible domain of Science with their scientific understanding of the issue, data collection & team work.
