Amity Academic Staff College organised Faculty Deveopment Programme on "Research Methodology- Science & Technology" on May 12, 2010 at F3 Block Seminar Hall.
More than 100 Faculty Members from various Amity institutions participated in the Faculty Deveopment Programme. Dr. Ajit Varma, DG, AIMT & Vice Chairman, ASTIF was the Programme Director of Faculty Deveopment Programme.
Maj. Gen.K Jai Singh, Vice Chancellor, AUUP, Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Pro Vice Chancellor (Academics) & DG, ASET presented the opening remarks.
Dr. Sunil Saran, Sr. Vice Chiarman, ASTIF & Chairman, Amity Intl. Centre for Post Harvest Tech. & Cold Chain Mgt. shared his views on Thinking like a Researcher. Dr. Ajit Varma, DG, AIMT presents his talk on topic "Designing a Research Project – Problem Identification, Literature Review, Funding Agencies & Collaboration". Dr. Amit Kharakwal, AIMT shared his views on Research Design and Good Lab Practices. Dr. S M Paul Khurana, Director, AIB presented his views on Technical Writing and Ethical Issues in Scientific Research. Prof. (Dr. )Abha Agnihotri, AIMT & Head, Centre for Agricultural Biotechnology discussed on the topic "Intellectual Property Rights"
