The topic of the summit is very relevant and will remain ever relevant to the mankind till the existence of the human society. The objective of the Summit, if I clearly understand, is to develop world class innovative organizations and you can never think of any world class organization without basic resource which is human resource. Unless we clearly understand what we want to be, we can never hope to become that. The organizations and brands which do not realize the relevance of the people will fade with the passing of time. In my opinion, a world class innovative organization must be build to last and go deeper. It must have a strong sense of purpose, it must exist for a mission that would continue to be relevant for centuries and centuries thereafter to come. It is this quality which differentiates it from other companies and catapults it into a top company of the world. This is not to say that world class organizations cannot have commercial objective but at the same time we must bear in mind that philanthropy is also our responsibility towards the society as a company exists in a society, in an ecosystem, in a community and bears some responsibility towards these systems.”
