Budding Lawyers from Amity Law School, Noida win 9th Balaji Law College National Moot Court Competition

Amity Law School, Noida is reckoned for the talent it has been nurturing over the years. Recently, four budding lawyers from the Institute added yet another glorious achievement to the exhaustive list of achievements of the Institute and its students.

 A team comprising of Nandita Narayan, Sanchitta Sridhar and Prateek Rajan of 8thSemester participated in 9th Balaji Law College National Moot Court Competition 2014 held at Pune from 13th to 15th February2014 and was declared the illustrious winners, receiving total Cash Prize of Rs.1,10,000 along with Certificates and Trophies. The team also received theBest Memorial Award. Nandita Narayan was adjudged as the Best Advocate.

Total 20 teams participated in the National Moot Court Competition which was based on Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Land Acquisition and Municipal Laws of Maharashtra. The teams in the Final round were Indian Law Society, Pune, Modern Law College, Pune and School of Excellence in Law, Chennai and Amity Law School. Noida. After battling the tough finals, Amity Law school team emerged as “Winners”
