International Council of Jurists honors Dr. Ashok K Chauhan - Founder President, Amity with the prestigious "International Jurists Award-2014" in London for his unique contribution in the field of legal education of the country

International Council of Jurists conferred upon Dr. Ashok K Chauhan-Founder President, Amity Group the prestigious "International Jurists Award-2014" for his unique contribution in the field of legal education of the country during "International Conference of Jurists and Writers 2014" jointly organized by International Council of Jurists and International Commission of Writers on June 23, 2014 at Hotel Crowne Plaza, London, UK.

Mr. Atul Chauhan- Chancellor, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh received the Award on behalf of Dr. Ashok K Chauhan. The Award was presented by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Peter Tomka, President, International Court of Justice in the presence of the Chief Justices, Ministers, Judges, Members of Parliament, Writers, Authors, Ambassadors and Bar leaders from various countries.

Receiving the Award, Mr. Atul Chauhan thanked the jury members for acknowledging and honoring the hard work and contribution of the Founder President in the legal profession of the country. He opined, "Dr. Chauhan firmly believes in the brilliance and excellence of Indian lawyers and has been resolute to provide budding lawyers every possible opportunity and facility to brush their skills so that when they join the profession, they bring laurels to their Institution, to their country and to the Indian legal fraternity."
