Amity Institute of Corporate Communication organised a Workshop on Resume Writing & Interview Skills on Monday, January 20, 2014 at F1 Seminar Hall.
This workshop was intended to help students understand the impact and importance of Resume & Interview Preparation as they would now be heading towards their job placements.
Around 200 students from AIIT, ASET, AIE attended the workshop. Faculties from AICC and AIESR were also present during the workshop.
Prof. Kanwal Bawa Bhalla, Head of the institutions AIESR and AICC presented the welcome address . She motivated the students to become good listeners and gain maximum from the workshop.
Capt. H.A Arfi(IAS Retd.) , Advisor AICC and AIESR delivered the words of wisdom to the audience and brought forth the importance of technical writing in the Corporate world.
Dr. Juhi Upamanyu, Asst. Prof(III) , AICC gave a presentation on Resume Writing . She apprised the students of the different formats of a Resume and also the Dos and Donts of Resume.
Mr. Anuj Goel, Principal Consultant, Vigorous Quality Management Systems , New Delhi deivered a presentation on Interview Skills and Techniques.
There was an interactive session followed by each presentation.The workshop was organised with a view to equip the students of pre final year in Resume writing and Interview Skills.
Dr. Juhi Upamanyu and Ms. Sumitra Singh of AICC were the coordinators of the event.
