Amity School of Fine Arts organises two day “Art Camp”

Amity School of Fine Arts (ASFA) organized a two day “Art Camp” for BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) and MFA (Masters of Fine Arts) students from February 13-14, 2014 at Amity University campus, Sector- 125, Noida.

 

During the two day Camp, 37 students and 2 faculty members from the ASFA participated and beautifully brought out the themes of the Camp on their canvas sitting in open grounds. The themes of their paintings centred around Landscape, Relationship, Neighborhood, Green Peace, Landscape, Pilgrims in Banaras, Haridwar, Harmony and Flowers.

 

Talking about the Art Camp, Ms. Divya Chauhan- Chairperson, Amity School of Fine Arts said that the Camp is an annual initative of ASFA to bring out the innate talent and creativity of the budding painters in natural surroundings. She stressed that during the Camp, students get an opportunity to interact informally with fellow painters and ideate in a better manner in congenial environment. She congratulated all the students for the impressive and colorful paintings that they made during the two day Art Camp.

 

Ms Gogi Saroj Pal- Eminent Artist visited the Camp on the last day and appreciated the paintings drawn by the students and shared with them several tips to make their paintings more meaningful and to add depth to their creativity.
