Mr. Anuj Kalra-Senior Specialist (Infrastructure Solutions), Dell Perot Systems addresses the students of Amity Business School
Mr. Anuj Kalra, who has a wide industry experience, addressed the students of MBA class of 2011. During his career he has worked with many renowned companies like IBM Global Services, Convergys/Microsoft EPS, IIHT India Ltd and presently he is working with Dell Perot systems as a Senior Specialist – Infrastructure solutions.
He shared his knowledge on current IT topics like servers, their types and management, Data Center operations & their importance, Virtualization and Cloud Computing.
During the session he discussed various inter- related topics like Server Applications, Disaster Recovery, Data Archiving, SAN, NAS, Redundancy issues, Server Farms, Hypervizers, Operational Efficiency issues etc.
The session was highly enlightening and interactive. The live example of Amizone as a Data Centre made the session easy to understand.
