Amity Institute of Education, New Delhi organises Inter School Paper presentation

Amity Institute of Education, New Delhi, organized an Inter School Paper presentation on the theme “Adolescents can Preserve and Promote Indian Values” on the 15th April 2010 as a part of the Amity Human Value Quarter, being celebrated from 28th Jan to 27th April 2010 under the visionary guidance of our Founder President, Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan.

The students who gave presentation came from the following schools:

2. St. Paul School, Safdarjung Enclave
3. Guru Harkishan Public School,Vasant Vihar
4. Cambridge School, Srinivaspuri
5. Amity International School, Vasundhra
6.Balwant Rai Mehat Vidya Bhawan, GK II
7. Amity International School, Saket
8. Suncity School, Gurgaon
9. Red Roses School, Saket
10. Amity International School, Mayur Vihar
11. Amrita Vidyalayam, Pushp Vihar
12. Amity International School ,Pushp Vihar
13. Ishani SKV, Saket

The students presented their papers on the theme with great interest and enthusiasm. Out of these participants, six students also supported their papers with power point presentations.

The jury comprised of four faculty members of the participating schools. They were –
• Mrs. Nidhi Kaul from Suncity World School, Gurgaon
• Mrs. Anshu from K R Mangalam World School GK II
• Mrs. Gopa Mukerji from Balwant Ray Mehta Vidya Bhawan, GK-II
• Mrs. Sushil from Ishani Sarvodya Kanya Vidyalaya, Saket

The participants were judged on their presentation skils, communication of ideas and the freshness of content. Each participant was given three-five minutes to present his/her views. The participants expressed their views with confidence and handled the interjections put to them very well. The results were as follows:-

Ist Position - Ipshita Mishra - Amity International School, Saket
IInd Position - Aayush - Suncity World School, Gurgaon and Deeksha - Amrita Vidayalam
IIIrd position - Kaveri - Amity International School, Pushp Vihar
IV Position - V Sri Krishnan - Cambridge School
V Position - Reene Verma - K R Mangalam

Winners will be awarded at the valedictory ceremony of the Human Value Quarter on the 27 April 2010.
