Mr. Ingo Friedrich,Former Vice President of the European Parliamentvisited Amity University to interact with the students of Amity University. Mr. Friedrich was accompanied by Dr. Juliana Gloeckler-Fuchs, Project Manager, International School Cooperation andVocational Training, Goethe-Institute/Max Mueller Bhavan.

Mr. Ingo Friedrich presenteda lecture on the topic “Fluctuating WorldEconomy “. While addressing the gathering Mr. Friedrich said that globallythe countries are coming together and distance are decreasing which results incommon problems. The economy of the country defined the path of development ofthat country. Since the economy of other countries are interlinked, a downfall inone country affects other countries also. Mr. Friedrich said that there is an explosionof complexities. Now every country accepts the global common perception. Mr. Friedrich added that for stability inbanking and finance sector, there should be acceptance and implementation of globalrules. Giving the example of European Union that they have opened the bordersof few western European countries and allowed citizens to sale and purchase thegoods
