Amity Institute of Corporate Communication organises Inter-Institutional Poetry Competition ‘POETIKA’
Amity Institute of Corporate Communication organizedan inter-institutional poetry competition ‘POETIKA’ today in F1 MDP hall from12:30p.m. to 2:00p.m. By Mr. Devesh Kumar Sharma (Event In charge) & Dr.Indu Rampal. The competition includedself composed poetry recitation by students of various institutions. Around 200poems were received which were screened by a review committee and finally 30students were selected few to compete for the finals the first prize was baggedby Anurag Goyal of ASET, the second prize by Bhuvan of ALS delhi and this prize was bagged by Chahat Sharmaof ASET.
The judges of the poetry competition were Dr. NaliniRamawat, Dr. Walunier and Mr. Parveen Kumar. On the occasion were also presentCap. H. A. Arfi (IAS Retd.) Advisor AICC who motivated the students by hisopening remarks. Prof. Kanwal Bawa Bhalla, HOI AICC & AIESR also motivatedand blessed the students. `
Thiscompetition was mainly held to evolve a matrix of creativity in the studentsand thus an attempt was made to apprise the students of appreciating the art ofputting feeling and emotions into words. Poetry competition POETIKA was onesuch effort on the part of AICC
