Amity Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences organizes Guest Lecture on Assessment, Diagnosis and Intervention of Children with Developmental Disabilities
Amity Institute of Rehabilitation Sciences organized a Guest Lecture on “Evidence Based Practices on Assessment, Diagnosis and Intervention of Children with Developmental Disabilities” at Amity University Noida Campus, Sector 125.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Ajay Singh, Asst. Professor, Eastern New Mexico University, USA & Visiting Professor Amity University who was Dr. JP Singh, Chairman, Amity Foundation of Developmental Disabilities Dr Jayanti Pujari, Director , Amity institute of Rehabilitation Sciences.
Dr. Ajay Singh holds his PhD degree from University of Oregon is a public flagship research University Eugene, Oregon, United States. He is the member of the International Behavioural Neuroscience Society, Society of Behavioural Medicine, American Statistical Association, American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Council for Exceptional Children,Asia Pacific Regional Network for Early childhood, International Association of Applied Psychology and so forth.
Dr.Singh, who is an International Expert on Rehabilitation of Persons with Developmental Delay enlightened the students on the qualitative and Single Subject Research on the Best Practices of Intervention around the World.
His lecture focused on advanced tools used for assessment, diagnosis and intervention procedure to enhance the quality of life of children with developmental disability.
The lecture concluded with an open discussion wherein students raised pertinent questions on various issues related to Best Practices of Disability Rehabilitation.
