A six memberDelegation from Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BritishColumbia, Canada (ASTTBC) visited Amity University, Noida to discuss theregulatory framework guiding technical skills training and improve mutualunderstanding of the academic and technical competency standards of Graduatesin India.
The Delegationcomprised of Mr. David Rutherford, President-ASTTBC, Dr. Charles Joyner, Registrar – ASTTBC; Mr. Geoff Sale, Manager(Internationally Educated Professional Programs, ASTTBC; Mr. Prakash Joshi,Ex-Director ASTTBC; Mr. Gregory Miller, Vice President–Institute of EngineeringTechnology of Ontario (IETO) and Ms. Sharon Reid, Senior Technician–Canadian Instrumentation Services Group, Peterborough, Canada.
