Mr. Atul Mittal, Sona Group delivers lecture at Amity International Business School
The MBA(IB) students of finance specialization of the 2009-11 batch session with Mr. Atul Mittal Financial Controller, Sona Group on August 11, 2010.
The topic of discussion was “Mergers and Acquisitions”. Mr. Mittal took the students through a journey of the process of Merger and Acquisition. The main events discussed were:-

2. Decision Making
3. Sources of Funds
4. Meaning of Terminology
The various stages in the process were explained through real life examples from his vast experience in the field of ‘Mergers and Acquisitions’.
The session ended with a vote of thanks to the guest.
