Ericsson India awards Certificates for EXCEL – Ericsson Professional Certification Program organised by AITTM
As a part of the MoU signed between AITTM and Ericsson India, EXCEL – Ericsson Professional Certification Program for the year 2009, saw its culmination in a grand ceremony, where 19 students who had successfully completed the course were awarded their Certificates. The EXCEL Program was organized during September- November 2009 and included
web based training, instructor led training, site visit and a certification exam.
Mr. Asif Khair, GM – GSDC, Ericsson India and Mr. Amit Sharma, Program Manager – EXCEL - University Relationship Program, Ericsson India were present from Ericsson India and gave away the certificates to the successful students. Mr. Khair shared how telecom industry was poised to grow exponentially in the coming years and how telecom would offer a plethora of opportunities for student to grow. Mr. Sharma shared how the EXCEL program was being expanded across the nation for the year 2010, after the positive response ‘Pilot Program’ had generated. He also applauded the students of AITTM for their excellent performance among all the 12 universities where the program was conducted. He also mentioned that Ericsson is eagerly waiting for the 28 students selected for final placement, to join the organization in May 2010.
