Amity Centre for Extension Service organises Training Program for Achiever farmers
Ten Days Training Program for Achiever farmers of Farm School, Ghaziabad begins at Amity Centre for Extension Service on February 15, 2010 at Amity University campus, Sector-125 Noida. The training program is sposored by the Department of Agriculture Ghaziabad under ATMA program. The training program will organised till February 24, 2010.
Dr. Jitender Kumar Tomar, Deputy Director, Agriculture, Ghaziabad, Mr. Manjeet Singh Chauhan, Honble Member of the Advisory Commitee, Dr. Sunil Saran, Sr. Vice Chairman, Amity Science Technology Innovation Foundation, Mr. K.S. Bains, Director General, Amity Institute of Organic Agriculture, Dr. N.P. Singh, Director, Amity Centre for Extension Service inaugurated the training programme.
During the occasion Dr. Jitender Kumar Tomar, Deputy Director, Agriculture, Ghaziabad presented his views on Green Manuring and its importance.
Dr. N.P. Singh, Director, Amity Centre for Extension Service discussed on the topic Importance of Soil testing & techniques of collecting soil samples.
The entire training programme is divided into different technical sessions where Scientist, Academicians, Researchers will present their views.
