Mr. Vishesh Azad, Lecturer of ASCO wins Best Film, Script, Screenplay & Direction award at ‘Mood Indigo 2009
The film ‘Pichli RED light se right’ (right from the last light) made by Vishesh Azad, Lecturer(ASCO) has won the best film/script/screenplay & direction award at ‘Mood Indigo 2009’- a national level film festival organized in collaboration with Pritish Nandy Communications (PNC) & Digital Academy of Mumbai from December 21-24, 2009. Entries from various film institutes like FTII, MCRC-Jamia and SRFTII and from various independent film makers were showcased at the festival. After the screening a short discussion was organized with Mr. Kunal Deshmukh (director of feature films TUM MILE & JANNAT-2009), Director of Digital Academy Mr. K.B. Talreja where Mr. Azad represented Amity School of Communication on the national forum for experimental cinema.
Besides the film festival Harshit Walia of BJMC II B won the first prize for still photography at the same event and has won a free advanced photography course at Digital Academy of Mumbai.
