Amity Institutions worldwide signed a formal Letter of Intent with internationally recognized Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK to become its biggest and an exclusive Global Learning Partner.
CIMA is the world’s leading and largest professional body of Management Accountants,with 172,000 members and students operating at the heart of business in 168 countries. It works closely with employers and sponsors and carries out leading-edge research to constantly upgrade its qualification and professional experience requirements for continuing professional development of its students.
This partnership of Amity with CIMA will enable every management student of Amity from anywhere across India and abroad to register and qualify for the prestigious CIMA qualification.
Prof. Andrew Harding, Executive Director, CIMA, UK who was especially in India to sign this agreement with Prof. (Dr.) Gurinder Singh, Pro VC (I), AUUP & Director General Amity International Business School, said that “there is need to bridge the gap between the theoretical education and professional education and I believe that by signing this agreement with Amity, we will be able to transform the perspective of students towards a more practical oriented learning”.
