Mr. Bijay Kumar, IAS, Managing Director, National Horticulture Board, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India delivered lecture on the topic "Double Digit Growth Rate in Horticulture Sector - a Dream or Reality” at Amity University Campus Sector-125 Noida. This was the 132nd lecture under the Amity International Centre (AIC) Lecture Series.
