Law Mission of British Council comprising four Universities of UK visits Amity University.
A High level delegation from UK visited Amity University, Sector- 125, Noida to discuss the potential areas of collaboration between UK Universities and Amity University.
The members of the delegation included Mr. Neil Cobb, Lecturer & Director of Admissions, Durham University, Mr. Sukhinder Panesar, Associate Head of Law, Coventry University, Ms. Karen Morrow, Professor, Swansea University, Mr. Martin Jones, Sr. Lecturer in Law, Glasgow Caledonian University and Mike Adcock, Durham University.
The discussions and deliberations touched upon students and faculty exchange programmes, conducting workshops and seminars and research.
The UK delegation was received by Dr. B. Shukla, Pro-VC (Academics), Maj. Gen. Nilendra Kumar, Director, Amity Law School, Dr. M.K. Balachandran, Director, Amity Law School (GGSIP), Senior Officials and Faculties of Amity Law School.
The important areas of mutual interest that were discussed included Criminal Law, International Business Law, Environment Law, IT and legal aid and Competition Law.
