Amity School of Business Noida wins Second Runner up Prize in Cognito 2010, an annual management fest organised by Christ College of Professional Studies Bangalore
Students of Amity School of Business Noida once again bring fame for the University after getting Second Runner Up position at Cognito 2010, an annual management fest, by Christ College of Professional Studies Bangalore. The team has received a cheque of Rs.25, 000 and a winners trophy. ASB team beat the teams from St. Xaviers Kolkatta, Loyala College Chennai, SRCC Delhi, Christ University Banglore, JMC Chennai, NMIMS Mumbai, St Joseph’s College Banglore etc.
The team consisted of Nishant Jayaswal (Team Leader) BBA Gen. 3rd year (Marketing), Imran Khan BBA Gen. 3rd year (Finance), Nakul Parmeswar IMBA 3rd year (Finance), Saad Subbooh BBA Gen. 3rd year (HR) & Ehtesham Hussain BBA Gen. 3rd year (Finance). The team was mentored by Mr. Rajneesh Mishra (Senior Lecturer) and guided by Mrs. Alka Munjal, Director - ASB
To qualify the teams were given a preliminary task to prepare a business plan for a new Google product ignoring the technical feasibility of the project. Total of 80 colleges were invited out of which 60 responded and 10 were shortlisted for the final rounds. The fest was conducted from 16th-18th of December
