Amity Tamil Nadu Synergy Forum organized a glittering soiree “Pongal Feast” on Pongal

Amity Tamil Nadu Synergy Forum celebrated Pongal by organizing “Pongal Feast” at India International Centre, The Central Court, New Delhi with great zeal and fervor .To enliven ancient Tamil customs, Amity Tamil Nadu Synergy Forum has been regularly organizing different events like Pongal Feast, Tamil’s New Year’s Day - Varsha Pirappu , classical dance performances to provide fillip to the culture and traditions of Tamil Nadu.

Amity Tamil Nadu Synergy Forum is a conglomerate established to promote the understanding and reverence for the virtues and values of Tamil Nadu. It aims to bring the people of different States closer and nearer to each other thereby contributing to the national integrity & harmony. Amity is committed to put in best efforts for the development of the Nation.

Continuing with the tradition, Amity Tamil Nadu Synergy Forum welcomed the harvest season by organizing a very vibrant evening, which started with the Tamilian harvest dance “Kummi” by a group of ladies led by Padmashri Saroja Vaidyanathan, a world renowned Bharatnatyam Dancer and was followed by mellifluous inspiring songs portraying the exquisite devotional religious sentiment that is nurtured in the Tamil lands.

While talking to the distinguished guests, Dr. Ashok K. Chauhan, Founder President – Ritnand Balved Education Foundation and the Chief Patron of Amity Tamil Nadu Synergy Forum divulged that Amity, the propagator of Unity in Diversity, has taken up cudgels to promote strengths of each State by establishing Synergy Forums for various states of the country like Kerala Synergy Forum, Jammu& Kashmir Synergy Forum, Andhra Pradesh Synergy Forum etc. A number of activities, including festivals of respective states are organized from time to time under the aegis of these Forums.

Ambassador K.V Rajan, IFS (Retd) sincerely acknowledged the deeply entrenched commitment of Amity Tamil Nadu Synergy Forum in reviving the Tamil Culture through various brainstorming sessions and other platforms which provide Tamil people across the city to interact with each other and enjoy the festivities of their state under a common roof.
