Amity Finishing School organizes, a unique workshop, "Tehzeeb and Tyohar", on Image Management, Ethnic Styling, Dining Etiquette and Social Graces, for students

 Amity Finishing School (AFS), Amity University Uttar Pradesh Noida campus, organized a Workshop titled “Tehzeeb Aur Tyohar” on Image Management, Ethnic Styling, Dining Etiquette, Social Graces and Home Décor, for students. The workshop aimed to spread awareness and educate the students about personality development, social etiquettes and personal grooming.

 

Speaking during the Inaugural Session, Mrs. Jaishree Chauhan, Vice President, Amity Finishing School, averred, “Amity Finishing School imparts knowledge to its students about personal grooming, etiquettes and mannerisms which are highly essential for their overall personality development. Social etiquettes are very important since they leave a long-lasting impression on others and create an individual’s image in the minds of people.”

 

Addressing the students, Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor Amity University Uttar Pradesh stated, “It is crucial to learn table manners and presentation skills since the youth must understand the importance of self-grooming, etiquette and presentation skills, which enhance their personality and make them more confident, well behaved and presentable in every field, including the corporate world.”

 

Dr. Eeshani Saraswat, Deputy Director, Amity Finishing School, said, “This unique workshop has been organized for the development of students, in which students will be provided valuable information about the various aspects of image management. Amity Finishing School offers a PG Diploma in Luxury Brand Management, a One-year Certification Programme in Luxury Brand Management and a Four-week Certification Programme in Luxury Brand Management. Under these Programmes, industry specific guest lectures and series of CEO Conferences on campus will be organized and students will also get an opportunity to participate in the most significant luxury-related events including filed trips to luxury companies such as LVMH, Chanakya, Dior, Gucci, DLF Emporio, amongst many other well-renowned luxury brands. “

 

During the one-day Workshop, sessions on “Image Management” by Ms Nupur Mehta, “Table décor and Dining Etiquette” by Ms Roshi Kapoor and Ms Nikita, and “Gifting Etiquette and Social Graces” by Ms Roshi Kapoor from Amity Finishing School were organized along with an exhibition showcasing gifting items, stylish jewellery and beautiful ethnic wear for women.  In addition, a Luxury Brand Management Brochure was also released during the Inaugural Session.
