Uzbekistan Minister visits Amity University
Mr Abdulhad Kuchkarovi, along with Mr Oleg Pekos, First Deputy Minister of Information Technology and Communication Development of Uzbekistan, visited Amity University to learn about the research and innovation being undertaken by Amity scientists and explore the possibilities of a mutually beneficial collaboration. He was received by Shri Amol Chauhan, Senior Vice President, Amity Capital Ventures, Dr. Sanjeev Bansal, Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, Amity University.
Speaking on this occasion, First Deputy Minister of Information Technology and Communication Development of Uzbekistan, Mr. Oleg Pekos said, "We are aware of Amity Education Group and its larger potential, today Amity is providing world class education. We will get your cooperation in the field of new technology and Artificial Intelligence because Amity University is home to new technologies. In this global pandemic, there is a need to work in collaboration and we will consider working together in many other areas.
Welcoming the guests, Shri Amol Chauhan, Senior Vice President, Amity Capital Ventures, said that we will encourage interdisciplinary research between India and Uzbekistan and collaborate on research and innovation in many fields. At present, Artificial Intelligence and State-of-the-art technology are being worked out by Amity and based on Industry 4.0, students are being groomed from Teaching 4.0 under which Artificial Intelligence and State-of-the-art technology have been included in the curriculum. Shri Chauhan said that the aim of Amity Education Group is to develop the world through education and we are always striving for holistic development of students.
The First Deputy Minister of Information Technology and Communication Development of Uzbekistan also visited the Laboratories of Amity Institute of Molecular Medicine and Stem Cell Research, Laboratories of Amity Institute of Nanotechnology, Amity School of Communication Studio, Central Library, Amity Institute of Microbial Technology, Amity Institute of Technology.
