Webinar on "3 SECRETS TO GET YOUR DREAM JOB

 A webinar on "3 SECRETS TO GET YOUR DREAM JOB" was conducted by Ms Pratyasha Mohapatra - Employability Trainer - TATA STRIVE to assist students in getting their dream job or be an entrepreneur. She shared what the employers look for and how employees look to prepare the best resume and apply at the right places. However, it’s pertinent to first understand the need of the employer to land in the dream job. She shared insights of going deep into the recruiter’s mind and how success is a learnable skill. She stated the success secret CAT where C stands for Comparability; A for Attitude and T for Trust.  

 

Comparability attributes include qualification, skills and experience. The attributes for Attitude include willingness, behavior and value system. She averred that each attribute affects each other and advised youngsters to focus on their behavior. Ms. Mohapatra also suggested that every attribute is learnable. She stated that Trust comprises of Perception in eyes of clients & stakeholders; Recommendations and success stories.  

 

Webinar on Innovative Data Analytic Tool for Chemistry & Pharma Researchers was organized at Amity University by the Amity International Society for Natural Products to provide information on innovative tools for analysis of available data of scientists and researchers doing research in chemistry and pharma sector. In this webinar, Dr. Mandar Bodas, a solution consultant at Research Solutions Life Sciences of Elsevier gave a lecture on "Innovative Data Analysis Tools for Chemistry and Pharma researchers" and also provided experimental information on the use of these online analysis tools. Dr. Harsha Kharkwal, Director, Amity Institute of Phytomedicine and Phytochemistry welcomed Dr. Bodas on the occasion. 

Dr. Mandar Bodas said that during the Covid, the health and medical research related to Covid is being provided free of cost by Elsevier, a large publishing and analytics company that helps develop research technical tools. Dr. Bodas informed that all the equipments would help scientists and researchers to increase their knowledge. He explained about pharmacy tools or tools and said that it provides positive regulatory based evidence on the earlier drugs. More than 2.7 lakh 40 thousand FDA approved document pages and more than 2 lakh 83 thousand EMA approved document pages are available in pharmapedinum.  

Dr. Mandar Bodas, while providing information in the course of important equipment, said that it is workflow prevention for scientists who research and develop chemicals. It enhances the productivity of development and research and provides facts to suit the chemist's demand.  

Dr. Harsha Kharkwal, director, Amity Institute of Phytomedicine and phytochemistry, said that in Amity, we encourage scholars and students to research and organise such webinars so that they get information about innovative equipments. Data analysis is a major part of any research and the information about the equipment provided by Dr. Bodas will be beneficial to scientists, scholars and students who research in chemistry and pharma sector. 

On this occasion, the scientists, scholars and students of Amity University raised a number of questions relating to equipments which received appropriate replies.
