A webinar on ‘Spiritual Quotient in Work & Personal Life’ was conducted by Mr. Arun Bhatnagar, Ex-IRS officer. Mr. Bhatnagar shared that before his administrative services he was a teacher and education is his first love. He advised students that everything is within us and we need to identify who we are. He stated that we are prisoners of our learnings and sanskaras that we do not wish to escape from. People believe that what they are witnessing using their five senses makes their perceptions. But the truth is beyond that. He stated that if people have to grow they have to keep their eyes and ears open and widen their horizon to go beyond the unperceived. The purpose of education is to make students believe and make them go beyond their capabilities. For students to be creative they will have to go beyond their sanskaras and be open to change themselves across physical, mental & spiritual levels. He averred that change is the fundamental law of nature and is difficult in the beginning but gorgeous at the end. Mr. Bhatnagar suggested that to attain this one will have to change their negative attitude into a positive one and give years to our life and life to our years.
