Amity Youth Fest-2024 concludes with mesmerizing performance by the heartthrob of the youngsters, renowned Rapper “Raftaar”

 

Amity Youth Fest -2024, held from 29th February-1st March 2024 at Amity University Noida campus, concluded with a stellar performance by renowned Rapper “Raftaar”, who performed to a jam-packed audience and left them completely spellbound and mesmerized, amidst roaring applause.

 

Addressing the students during the Valedictory Ceremony of AYF-2024, Prof. (Dr.) Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, stated, “During the two-days of Amity Youth Fest-2024, the Amity campus was buzzing with excitement enthusiasm and vibrancy. NEP-2020 has provided a new dimension to education through innovation and creativity. The youth is the future of the country, and they must work towards achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat by 2047.”

During the two-day Fest, more than 60 Technical and Cultural Competitions were held, with participation of more than 600 teams and 2500 students from various Universities/Colleges including Delhi University (DU), Symbiosis University, UPES Dehradun, BITS Pilani, BITS Dubai, Narsee Monjee University, SRM University, Sonipat, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), and many other institutions. The Technical Competitions included “KREATIV’24” Fashion Show Competition” by Amity School of Fashion Technology, “Food Hackathon” by Amity Institute of Food Technology, “Civileer”, “AI Warfare Arena”, “Circuitism”, by Amity School of Engineering & Technology amongst many others.  The cultural competitions included “Nrityarsh”, a solo Indian dance competition, “Oscillation”, a group western dance competition, “Rangrez”, a folk-dance competition, “Reverberate”, a solo western singing competition, and many other engaging events. Actress Akansha Ranjan also visited Amity University and interacted with the students during AYF-2024.

 

During the second day of AYF-2024, “Quad Mania” Drone Competition by Amity Institute of Aerospace Engineering was organized, wherein 7 teams from SRM, IET and Parul University and other institutions participated. In addition, Indian Culinary Challenge competition on the theme "Great Food of India" was organized by Amity School of Hospitality in which 18 teams from various institutions participated and prepared different cuisines. On this occasion, AYF-2024 Report was presented by Dr. D.P. Singh, Co-Chair AYF-2024, along with the announcement of results and Prize Distribution Ceremony.
