With the approval of the Competent Authority, the updated composition of Hostel Management Committee consequent upon change in the Member is as under is as under:
The Committee shall perform its duties and responsibilities as per Hostel Accommodation Regulations-06 of AUUP. First meeting of the Committee to be convened within 2 Weeks of commencement of session. The Minutes of the Meeting will be circulated after 5 days of the meeting and may be submitted for approval to Vice Chancellor through Registrar.
The tenure of the nominated members of the Committee shall be two years.
One-half of the members of the Committee, including the Chairperson, shall constitute the quorum at a meeting.
