Behavioral finance can help individuals and organizations make better financial decisions by providing a better understanding of the biases and emotional influences that can impact decision-making. The guest speaker was Mr. Vivekananda Jha, he is a Finance professional with vast experience in the area of Banking, Insurance and Mutual Funds. BBA & MBA students of Finance specialization were the audience a total of 70+ students attended this seminar. The workshop delved into the psychological aspects influencing investment decisions. Through interactive sessions and case studies, students explored the impact of cognitive biases on financial choices. Everyone learned about the practical side of Behavioural Finance from an person who have been in that industry from past 25+ years. Students were able to take back more practical side of knowledge then compared to the Theorotical aspects.
