Distribution of School Bags, Water Bottles, and Hygiene Kits at Amitasha

With the blessings of our Honorable Chairperson, Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, an event was organized at Amitasha Gurugram on 15 May 2024, where 150 students received school bags, water bottles, and hygiene kits. The hygiene kits included shampoo, soap, oil, nail cutter, comb, handkerchief, and other essential items.

This event was a collaborative effort between Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited and the Amitasha Foundation, held under the CSR project of Fresenius Kabi. Representatives from Fresenius Kabi who attended the distribution included:

  • 1. Mr. Nikhil Kulshreshtha, Director & Company Secretary
  • 2. Mr. Ravindra Dhapola, Head - HR
  • 3. Ms. Parul Singh, Member - CSR Steering Committee 4. Mr. Lalit, HR

The distribution proceeded smoothly, with students warmly welcoming the guests with a welcome song and a cultural dance. Mr. Nikhil Kulshreshtha and Mr. Ravindra Dhapola expressed their heartfelt thanks to Honorable Chairperson Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan for her commendable work in educating the less privileged in society.

Chairperson Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan expressed her deep appreciation for the collaboration with FKOL in this noble cause of uplifting the underprivileged sections of society.

Amitasha's Felicitation Ceremony for Certificate Computer Training

A heartwarming felicitation ceremony was held at Amity International School Gurugram 46, commemorating the success of 15 Amitasha students who completed a certificate computer training in MS Office from Aptech on August 25th. The event spotlighted the dedication and proficiency of Amitasha girl students.

The ceremony had Mr. Lalit from the HR Department of Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited as the special guest. He shared invaluable insights on diligence and dedication, inspiring the students. The Amitasha girls expressed gratitude to Chairperson Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan for the opportunity and thanked FKOL company.

The ceremony underscored the perseverance of Amitasha's girl students, showcasing their commitment. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, encapsulating the unity, achievement, and inspiration defining the Amitasha Foundation.

Report: Distribution of school bags and water bottles to Students of Amitasha Foundation for Upliftment of Underprivileged Children

Introduction: Amitasha Foundation, under the dynamic leadership of our Honorable Chairperson Dr. (Mrs) Amita Chauhan, has been making significant efforts to uplift the underprivileged sections of society. In association with Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited (FKOl), the foundation recently distributed bags and bottles to students of Amitasha Gurugram branch at Amity International School Gurugram - 46

Distribution Event: The distribution event was graced by the esteemed presence of Chairperson Dr. (Mrs) Amita Chauhan and officials from FKOl. Other distinguished members from Amity group of school who were present included, Arti Chopra (Principal of Amity International School Gurugram 46), Anshu Arora (Principal of Amity International School Gurugram 43), Jyoti Arora (Director, Amity Educational Resource Centre) and Gunjan Singh(Associate Director of Amitasha Foundation for Upliftment of Underprivileged). The event was a huge success and was conducted smoothly. The students were elated to receive the school bags and water bottles.

Guests from FKOl: Mr. Nikhil Kulshreshtha (Director & Secretary), Mr. Rahul Sharma (Chief Financial Officer), Shailesh Kumar (Vice President – Legal), Debashree Mukherjee (Leads the HR functions), Charu Gosain (Human Resource -Leads learning and Development and Talent Management), and J Ravichandran (Official from MD/CEO office) were present on the occasion.

Gratitude towards FKOl: Amitasha Foundation is extremely grateful to FKOl for taking out their valuable time to come and distribute the bags and bottles to the students. The foundation was truly honored by their esteemed presence and welcomed the guests wholeheartedly. Chairperson Dr.(Mrs.) Amita Chauhan was extremely humbled by their magnanimous gesture of supporting Amitasha Foundation and thanked them for their unwavering support.She expressed her deep appreciation for collaboration with FKOL in this noble cause of uplifting the underprivileged sections of the society.

Conclusion: The distribution event was a great success and has helped the students of Amitasha Foundation in their academic pursuits. The foundation looks forward to more such collaborations in the future to uplift the underprivileged sections of society.

Report – Session on Personal Hygiene and Distribution of Hygiene Kits to Amitasha Students

Under the guidance of our esteemed Chairperson, Dr. (Mrs.) Amita Chauhan, Amitasha, in collaboration with Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited (FKOL), organized a session on Personal Hygiene on May 11, 2023. The session was followed by the distribution of personal hygiene kits to the students of Amitasha located in Sector 43 and 46, Gurugram.

Dr. Srishti Ganguly, a Pediatrician and Neonatologist from Motherhood Hospital, was invited as the guest speaker for the session. With six years of experience working with children, she aimed to provide comprehensive and sensitive care to the students. Dr. Ganguly enlightened the students about the importance of personal hygiene practices that they should incorporate into their daily routines. She emphasized topics such as proper handwashing techniques and the significance of brushing teeth twice a day.

Following the informative session, personal hygiene kits were distributed to students .These kits contained essential items such as toothbrushes, shampoo, and nail cutters, among others. The provision of these kits will enable the students to develop regular cleanliness habits and maintain their personal hygiene effectively.

The students' faces lit up with joy as they received the hygiene kits. Witnessing the happiness and eagerness to learn among the Amitasha students was a truly rewarding experience. It served as a reminder that even small acts of kindness can have a significant impact on the lives of children.

Report on Certified Computer Course for Amitasha Girls

Amitasha Foundation, under the guidance of Honourable Chairperson Dr.(Mrs. )Amita Chauhan, takes proactive steps to provide its girl students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the modern world.

In line with this objective, an orientation on the introduction to MS office was organized for 15 girl students at Amitasha Gurugram 43 branch on 4th May, 2023, from a reputed learning center. The introduction to MS Office training provided by Aptec learning will be a valuable opportunity for these girls to enhance their IT skills and prepare for a career in the growing technical industry.

The resource person from Aptec learning gave the students a brief introduction to the course, which will run for 30-35 days and prepare them to become a part of the growing technical industry. Technology has influenced every part of our lives, and IT skills are a must for all students today. Thus, this initiative by Amitasha Foundation is a great opportunity for these girls to empower themselves and learn a new skill.

As Amitasha Foundation believes in giving their girl students the roots to grow and wings to fly, this orientation is just the beginning of a certificate course that will help these girls take the first step towards a bright future. Way to go, girls!

Overall, the orientation program was successful, and we hope that the certificate course will equip these girls with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
